(1) Vendor needs to provide technical outreach and education assistance service. • Providing on–call services for technical and outreach & education assistance to the Program. • These services include technical site visits and assessments for participating private shoreline landowners, and presentations at workshops and beach walks for interested public and shoreline landowners. • Provide clear, accessible education and communication to participants about coastal processes, shoreline stewardship and how it relates to the health of Puget Sound. • Provide in person workshop presentations geared towards shoreline landowners and be available to answer questions.
