Technical and Management Support Services

The government authority located in Crane, Indiana, is seeking a vendor to provide technical and management support services. Responsibilities include conducting analytical data review, which must be submitted to the Government within three business days upon receipt of lab reports. Reports should contain elements such as Verification Reports, Validation Reports, Usability Assessment Reports, the contractor's logo, and a signature on each report.

The vendor will validate sampling and analytical procedures, review analytical methods, and evaluate quality management plans of laboratories. Additional duties consist of coordinating and conducting laboratory quality assurance surveillance, including audits of contractor-operated and third-party laboratories. The contractor must ensure all sampling and analytical equipment is calibrated according to manufacturer guidance prior to use.

Further tasks involve conducting regulatory environmental inspections, developing reports for regulatory agencies, performing industrial waste services—including waste containerization and shipment for disposal—and identifying and implementing studies and regulatory requirements for emerging mission activities. The contract period will be for one year.
