Youth users should be able to add their qualifications when applying for positions, while employers must have an organized view of applicants and be able to interact directly with candidates through the platform.

The platform must also provide comprehensive, low-latency data reporting and visualization through integrated dashboard tools. Robust data security and privacy measures are mandatory, ensuring industry-standard protection for personally identifiable information (PII) and transparent data practices with explicit user consent at all stages.
