SUMMARY

Seeking SETA support services to provide technical, administrative, and programmatic assistance for the Joint Fires Network at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisor (SETA) support
Must have deep understanding of Joint Fires and Battle Management Command and Control (BMD2) tools
Must have specialized knowledge of the transition process from rapid prototyping to a formal Program of Record
Must have expertise in multi-level security architectures (Impact Levels 5, 6, 7+)
Must have mastery of Agile software development methodologies and DevSecOps implementation
Must have experience managing TS/SCI and Special Access Required (SAR) facilities
Must be able to provide senior-level Subject Matter Experts with TS/SCI/SAR clearances
Must disclose any potential conflict of interest per R-DFARS 209.571-7 (b) and R-DFARS 252.209-7009

DESCRIPTION

The government authority at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts is seeking vendors to provide systems engineer and technical advisor (SETA) support services for the Joint Fires Network (JFN) program. The scope encompasses both self-identification of capabilities and the presentation of comprehensive solutions for maintaining and expanding JFN functionalities.
