Supply Chain Threat Intelligence and Remediation Software Platform

The U.S. Government has issued a notice of proposed contract action for the acquisition of a commercial Supply Chain Threat Intelligence and Remediation software platform. The requirement is for a tool capable of ingesting Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs) and performing deep dependency analysis across multiple software application types. The platform is intended to strengthen software supply chain risk management and provide threat intelligence and remediation capabilities across the enterprise.

According to the notice, the required solution must support analysis beyond containers and include software binaries, libraries, software components, and containers. The Government states that the platform should enable actionable vulnerability tracking, improve security posture, and accelerate Zero Trust capabilities. The anticipated license structure includes a base year and one option year.

The Government intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Unison Solutions, Inc. as the sole distributor of the Warpstone Technologies platform. The notice states that this product is considered the only known commercial platform meeting the agency's requirements, including a remediation-focused approach and non-proprietary access code. Although this is not a request for competitive quotations, responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quote for agency consideration.
