A government authority in Everett, Washington is seeking supply chain management consulting services to enhance their operations. The selected consultant will analyze all aspects of the agency’s supply chain, including planning, sourcing, contracting, logistics, inventory and warehousing, supplier management, and risk and compliance. The objective is to identify gaps relative to industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and to deliver prioritized remediation roadmaps for improvement.
