The platform must automate the acquisition, processing, and delivery of investment-related documents received through designated email inboxes and agency portal sites, and operate at enterprise scale across multiple agency teams.

It must securely manage portal access and credentials; classify and tag documents according to agency standards; support cash flow notices, valuations, financial reports, tax and legal documents, communications, and revised or superseded versions; and provide quality controls for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
