A U.S.-based university in Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide student marketing campaign services. The initiative targets undergraduate and graduate students as well as their parents and guardians.
The selected vendor will oversee the development and execution of multi-media campaigns, including social media, television, outdoor advertising (e.g., billboards), radio, digital channels, and other communication methods chosen by the university. Responsibilities will cover campaign concept development, design, messaging, and production for all selected tactics. The vendor will also handle media planning, offer strategic recommendations, conduct media buying and placement, and perform post-buy analysis to measure campaign effectiveness. The scope further includes mentoring and advisory support for university staff, as needed.
The contract will have a one-year term, and all project-related questions must be submitted by June 15, 2026.
