Student Learning and Licensure Watermark Platform Services

The vendor will provide support for a Student Learning and Licensure Watermark platform. Responsibilities include assisting with template development for course activities in Create and coordinating bulk uploads of clinical binders, including supervisor and cooperating teacher assignments, access to evaluation materials, and candidate registration links.

The vendor will troubleshoot platform issues affecting supervisors, cooperating teachers, candidates, and applicants. The work will include collaboration with the office of educational and clinical experiences, education faculty, and relevant offices to address access, assessment, reporting, and system-related needs.

The vendor will also coordinate with campus stakeholders, including Information Technology Services, the Registrar, and Admissions, regarding technological integration and platform use. Additional responsibilities include assisting cooperating teachers and other clinical host teachers with technology-related issues and creating, updating, and maintaining clinical applications and certification materials, including the required state module.
