Student Engagement Platform

A New Jersey-based college is seeking vendors to provide a comprehensive student engagement platform. The desired solution must enable staff to text students from any device, including Windows computers, Apple or Android phones, and tablets. Additionally, the system should allow for exporting text messages, changes in opt-out status, and records of undelivered messages. Proposals must include details about ongoing support for the software, including post-go-live support services, typical turnaround or resolution times for support incidents, escalation procedures, and the vendor's upgrade release methodology.
