Must have a minimum of five Texas school district clients for contracts active or completed since January 1st, 2020
Must be bonded with a minimum of $100,000 dedicated to San Antonio Independent School District
Must provide proof of professional liability/errors omissions in the amount of $500,000
Must provide comprehensive automobile liability insurance of $500,000 CSL
Must provide comprehensive general liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate
Must comply with Senate Bill 9 regarding criminal background checks for covered persons
Must submit all required documents via the Bonfire Portal
Must provide a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of total bid/proposal amount for bids of $10,000 or more
Must provide performance and payment bonds for contracts of $25,000 or more
