The State of Florida is seeking a vendor to provide an AI-powered stroke imaging software solution to support rapid and accurate identification of ischemic strokes and other acute conditions. The software must offer advanced post-processed imaging, decision support tools, and additional AI applications for trauma, hemorrhage, aneurysm, pulmonary embolism, and orthopedic spine conditions. Fast image processing is required, with results available within five minutes of image acquisition.
The system should automatically integrate with existing PACS (Philips iSite) and EMR (EPIC) systems, and must include pediatric capabilities. A mobile application is required, offering features such as patient information, scan locations, dates, times, and processed results, accessible 24/7/365. Multisystem support must include ischemic stroke detection (NCCT stroke LVO, ASPECTS, and more), CT angiography for head and neck with 3D reconstruction and vessel mapping, MRI perfusion analysis, and the ability to quantify core infarct and penumbra. The software should have demonstrated validity through use in randomized controlled trials.
Questions regarding this procurement must be submitted by November 7, 2025. The initial contract period will be for one year.
