Summary:
Florida seeks AI-powered stroke imaging software with PACS/EMR integration, rapid processing, and multisystem support.
(1) Vendor needs to provide stroke imaging software.– Provide a system–wide Stroke software solution utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to assist in identifying ischemic strokes, providing an array of post processed images and additional tools/applications to aid in faster decision making for our stroke patients driving positive patient outcomes.– The proposed solution must include additional AI solutions regarding trauma/hemorrhage, aneurysm, pulmonary embolism and orthopedic spine.• Requirements:– Software has been used in randomized control trials for validation.– Automatic push to PACS (Philips iSite)– EMR integration (EPIC)– The processing of images should be no more than 5 minutes (from the time the image acquisition is complete until the processed results are available for review).– Must include pediatric solution.– Mobile app must include – patient name, patent age and sex, location/site, date of scans, time scans were imaged, and time scans were processed.• Multisystem applications – must have the following accessible by a mobile app – 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year operation:– Ischemic solutions to include: NCCT stroke LVO, Hypodensity, ASPECTS, LVO, CTA, CTA vessel density, CTP, hypodensity perfusion, CT angiography 3D reconstruction and vessel mapping, and MRI perfusion analysis– Plain brain must be viewable in axial, coronal, and sagittal projections in the AP.– CT angio must include the head & neck (from aortic arch to the vertex of the head) with source images available to be viewed in axial, coronal and sagittal projections.– CT perfusion must quantify the volume of core infarct and penumbra.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for year year.
