The City of Hillsboro, OR is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake a comprehensive street extension and infrastructure construction project. The scope includes roadway widening with the addition of curbs, gutters, curb ramps, bike lanes, driveways, and sidewalks to enhance transportation capacity and accessibility.

The project entails the construction of new water lines, meters, and various utilities and related structures, as well as a storm conveyance system and stormwater treatment facility to improve local drainage.
