The vendor will provide a streaming media hosting, management, and distribution solution for the Federal Judiciary. The platform must host, manage, and distribute an extensive media library for internal and public viewing, including recorded audio and video available through on-demand streaming.

The solution must provide on-demand web streaming, adaptive streaming, continuous accessibility, and 24/7/365 monitoring for system failures, disruptions, and other functional issues.
