DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive strategy and evaluation consulting services, including program evaluation and outcome assessment. Responsibilities encompass developing evaluation plans, designing data collection tools, and conducting interviews, surveys, and other assessment methodologies. The vendor will analyze program operations and performance in relation to established goals and key performance indicators, delivering clear findings and practical recommendations.
