(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic talent development services.– Provide strategic talent development services for coaching, organizational development, and training.– Create a flexible and responsive pool of vendors capable of designing and delivering engaging, relevant, and accessible coaching, organizational development, and training programs that align with our organizational change initiatives.– Provide a variety of potential programs and services available for individuals or teams.– Strategic alignment with our county values of equity, excellence, integrity, innovation, collaboration and respect when carrying out their services.– Provide competency–based training that equips employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to succeed in their roles and advance in their careers.– Apply an equity lens to all trainings and resources, ensuring culturally responsive practices, equitable opportunities for growth, and a diverse, engaged workforce.– Provide scalable, accessible, and equitable training and resources for employees at every level to encourage ongoing professional and career development to support career progression and long–term retention.– Strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance leadership effectiveness, and support a culture of collaboration and innovation.– Deliver lasting community impact through workforce excellence.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
