The state of Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide strategic planning and professional development services designed for educational leaders. This initiative includes delivering support for district leaders, building leaders, coordinators, teacher leaders, and teachers, with the overarching goal of enhancing skills and knowledge necessary for continuous improvement and ensuring the high-quality implementation of the agency’s strategic objectives.

The selected provider will design and facilitate a series of 5 to 10 professional development sessions, offered in a mix of in-person and virtual formats tailored to the needs of schools and districts. These sessions will feature interactive, application-based learning, incorporating opportunities for case studies, action planning, and hands-on application of strategic planning concepts.

Vendors are expected to develop customized training content and materials that closely align with the agency's strategic plan, including guides, templates, and planning tools for leaders. The curriculum should integrate evidence-based best practices in educational leadership and strategic planning to ensure applicability and relevance for all participants.
