The scope includes aligning strategic and operational priorities across both aeronautical and non-aeronautical assets, rationalizing real estate portfolios for each entity, and ensuring compatibility with current airport layout and master plans over a three-year planning horizon.
Consultants will focus on strengthening financial sustainability and diversification, producing a practical roadmap for implementation, and identifying necessary fiscal assets. The work also involves evaluating organizational structure and staffing, enhancing transparency and communication with stakeholders, facilitating leadership workshops and staff engagement, conducting system-wide assessments, and providing strategic alignment recommendations.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing governance, leasing strategy, and financial performance, as well as determining market positioning, development strategies, and identifying target sectors. The resulting strategic plan will be used as an essential management tool for ongoing internal and external decision-making.
