DESCRIPTION

The district seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive strategic plan implementation support and leadership development services. This includes executing district-wide initiatives such as executive leadership coaching, organizational coaching, and project management support to strengthen leadership capabilities, strategic execution, communication alignment, and continuous improvement.

The scope encompasses in-person leadership development sessions, retreats, and professional development for a range of district leadership groups including aspiring principals, executive teams, cabinet members, and communication teams. Services also include organizational alignment support, facilitation of leadership workshops, and strategic planning sessions.

Vendors will deliver executive and strategic communications coaching, stakeholder engagement strategies, leadership facilitation, and project management oversight. The project also involves development of superintendent support systems, cross-departmental workflow structures, survey implementation, and stakeholder/community engagement planning. Additional offerings include a Principal Leadership Academy and ongoing coaching support for district leadership.
