DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a comprehensive three- or five-year strategic plan, including implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The plan will address the organization's vision, mission, values, and future strategic directions.
The selected vendor will design and facilitate a strategic visioning and comprehensive planning process involving the board of directors, management team, staff, service users, and key community partners.
