DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide strategic employer engagement and workforce development services to advance the shared goal of increasing employer participation in the public workforce system and improving access to high-quality job placements. Responsibilities include maintaining an active roster of member and non-member businesses across key industry sectors, conducting outreach to identify hiring needs and skills gaps, and incorporating insights from business attraction and expansion efforts into reporting on employer champions and sector partnerships.

The vendor will support talent pipeline development by promoting work-based learning opportunities such as on-the-job training, internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, and incumbent worker training. The work will also include identifying employers willing to participate in training partnerships and pilot programs, providing workforce-related advocacy updates, and developing co-branded recruitment materials using the Investment Partner logo.
