DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive strategic communications services, including the development of content, carefully crafted messages, articles, and social media posts tailored for both traditional and digital platforms. The scope of this engagement includes identifying and prioritizing outreach audiences, building partnerships, and determining the most effective tactics and channels to communicate key results and the actions and policies of the Governing Board.

Responsibilities will cover the creation of a strategic communications plan, ongoing outreach, communications, and contract management. The vendor will also be responsible for social media posting and management, as well as content and graphic design for media, presentations, meetings, and the organization's website to ensure clear and impactful messaging in all formats.
