The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive strategic communication services. Responsibilities include refining and updating the communications strategy, planning campaigns in coordination with organizational leaders and directorates, and developing key messaging. The selected partner will help build stakeholder relationships with key channel owners and networks, such as conference organizers and media professionals, and will monitor and report on performance analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Brand and positioning services are also required to ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all content, as well as supporting team efforts to refresh visual assets like photography and videography. Content creation will feature the production of case studies, impact reports, website copy, blogs and thought leadership pieces, newsletters, and social media content, with collaboration from Public Voice managers and teams.
Additionally, the scope includes integrating social media into the broader communication and content strategy, managing digital channels, and contributing to community growth. PR and media activities will involve drafting press releases, conducting media outreach, pursuing reactive opportunities, and preparing award entries.
