DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive strategic advisory, facilitation, and organizational effectiveness support services. The selected firm will support the executive vice president, vice presidents, directors, and divisional teams with ongoing strategic advisory and leadership development. Services will include facilitating team and cross-divisional discussions, improving communication and collaboration, and guiding the organization through evolving priorities, change management, and organizational transitions.

The engagement will involve delivering flexible and responsive support based on divisional priorities, facilitating strategic planning sessions, workshops, and operational planning. The vendor will be responsible for developing strategic frameworks, action plans, planning materials, and summary documents, as well as conducting organizational effectiveness reviews to clarify roles, governance, structure, and ways of working. Additional activities include fostering culture, trust, collaboration, and employee engagement through learning sessions, engagement initiatives, and leadership development, as well as providing advisory support for special projects and emerging needs.

Deliverables also include the preparation of facilitation plans, meeting summaries, engagement strategies, communication frameworks, action plans, implementation recommendations, and support for leadership growth and culture-building initiatives.
