The government authority in Hagerstown, Maryland, is seeking a vendor to provide stop loss insurance administration services for eligible employees and their dependents. The selected contractor will be responsible for offering and managing high-quality stop loss insurance coverage, establishing a systematic process for claim appeals, and ensuring a single point of contact for quality control, issue resolution, and expediting contract services.
The vendor must comply with the no gain or loss provision and waive any actively-at-work requirements. Upon termination or expiration of the contract, all relevant data and records must be transferred to the new contractor within thirty days, either by electronic data feed or on paper, as mutually agreed between the outgoing and incoming vendors. The initial contract period is one year. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
