DESCRIPTION

A statewide initiative in California is seeking a vendor to develop an inclusive practices video series aimed at highlighting exemplary early learning programs. This initiative supports the implementation of a comprehensive professional learning and support system designed to strengthen inclusive, play-based opportunities for all children, including those with extensive support needs.

The selected vendor will collaborate closely with early learning personnel to conduct video shoots at up to five preschool and early learning sites across diverse geographic regions. Interview subjects, including staff, parents, and administrators, will be identified by state and partner organizations. Deliverables will consist of highlight videos, each 5–6 minutes in length, featuring authentic practices and integrated expert interviews. Multiple videos may be produced from a single site if sufficient content is available to fulfill content and representation objectives.

This project is part of a broader system that includes professional learning opportunities, coordinated webinars, communities of practice, and resource dissemination, all aligned with Statewide goals. The contract period for the selected vendor will be three years.
