(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide inclusive practices video series services. Statewide initiative is designed to implement a comprehensive professional learning and support system that strengthens inclusive, play–based early learning opportunities for all children, including those with extensive support needs. The statewide system includes professional learning, coordinated webinars, exemplar videos, communities of practice, and resource dissemination aligned with the Statewide goals. Video shoots will take place in up to five (5) preschool and early learning settings representing diverse geographic regions. Early Learning personnel will accompany Bidder and work closely with Bidder to guide the work at each location. Interviewees (e.g., staff, parents, administrators) will be identified and selected by SCOE, CDE, and IEEEP partners. Deliverables include 5–6–minute highlight videos featuring exemplary programs and integrated expert interviews. More than one video may be produced from a single site when sufficient content and diverse individuals are available to meet the content and representation goals. Videos will showcase inclusive practices in authentic early learning and care settings and include interviews with identified staff, parents, and administrators. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
