DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Jackson, Mississippi is seeking a vendor to provide external evaluation services across the state. The selected evaluator will be responsible for training all subgrantees on the essential components of local program evaluation, including instruction on the logic model used for statewide assessment.
The evaluator will be expected to develop an evaluation design and logic model to measure the implementation, outcomes, and overall effectiveness of programs at both local and statewide levels.
