The contract includes a base term from March 1, 2027, to February 29, 2028, with the potential for up to four additional one-year renewals at the discretion of NCDOT. KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be pre-qualified for NCDOT Work Code 016607 Mowing
Must be pre-qualified for NCDOT Work Code 001105 Work Zone Traffic Control Devices
Must have at least one NCDOT Certified Work Zone Supervisor
Must maintain legally required insurance coverage including worker's compensation and vehicle liability
Must have at least one English speaking employee on-site during mowing operations
Must provide a minimum of one 4WD tractor available at the direction of the Engineer
Must provide functional and operating equipment as specified in the proposal
Must submit one signed original and one signed copy of the Bid Submittal Package and all signed addenda
