The client seeks vendors to provide stage, sound, truss support structures, lighting, and audio/video production services for events on an as-needed basis. Required services include the rental of portable staging platforms in varying sizes, truss structures for lighting and video, general and specialty event lighting, and scalable sound systems suitable for audiences ranging from small gatherings up to 15,000 people.
Qualified technical staff are needed to operate sound, lighting, and video systems during events.
