This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive stage rigging production and labour services in support of entertainment and event services. The scope includes the provision of professional stage riggers, skilled event production personnel, and labor coverage for agency-hosted and city-supported events. Services must support a variety of schedules, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, according to event requirements provided in advance by the City.

Vendors are expected to supply qualified staff across a wide range of production roles such as lighting, audio, and camera operators, grips, wardrobe personnel, loaders, pushers, carpenters, set construction and props personnel, runners, catering assistants, vehicle operators, and crew chiefs or stewards. Responsibilities include the installation and dismantling of production systems and infrastructure, including rigging, cables, motors, drapery, staging, speakers, monitors, lighting, audio equipment, and related components.

Additional requirements include providing runners and vehicles as needed for events, along with ensuring all appropriate licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance. The RFP does not cover services unrelated to event production labor and stage crew operations.
