The City of Redlands seeks a qualified vendor to provide sports field preparation and striping services for youth soccer, baseball, and football fields. The services are intended to maintain ready and safe playing surfaces and must include all required labor, equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies.
Work may include leveling and dragging baseball and softball infields, compacting and leveling batter’s boxes and pitcher’s mounds, painting lines for football, soccer, and baseball outfields, and chalking infield lines and batter’s boxes. Regularly scheduled fields must be striped and game-ready at least four hours before the first scheduled game of the day.
The City may provide at least one week’s notice for regular schedule adjustments and at least 24 hours’ notice for last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergency requests related to weather, tournaments, or other operational needs. Services may be required on Saturdays and Sundays. The contract period will be five years, and questions must be submitted by September 8, 2026.
