(1) Vendor needs to provide special event amenity rental service. Provide temporary amenity rentals to support crowd management and customer comfort during a major international sporting event. Services include: Crowd Control Barriers, Swamp Coolers (Evaporative Coolers), Portable Restrooms, Chain–link Fencing. Provide turnkey service including delivery, setup, servicing, removal, and site restoration. Daily operations must remain uninterrupted; several game setups will need to be cleared. All equipment must be event–ready (clean, safe, and in good working condition). Maintain a 24/7 on–call contact during the event series. Coordinate directly with agency operations and facilities staff for layout, scheduling, and contingency planning. All questions must be submitted by February 18, 2026. Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on February 11, 2026.
