To ensure seamless event operations, all equipment must be event-ready, which includes being clean, safe, and fully functional at all times. The vendor is expected to maintain daily uninterrupted operations, quickly clearing setups between games as needed. A 24/7 on-call contact is required for the duration of the event to promptly address any issues. Coordination with agency operations and facilities staff is necessary for planning layouts, scheduling, and handling contingencies.
