The client is seeking a vendor to provide software license subscription renewal and support services for existing Cisco security platforms. The scope includes renewing all current Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) licenses and support subscriptions, as well as all existing Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) licenses and support subscriptions.
The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all licenses are properly activated and registered under the client's Cisco Smart Account. The contractor must also provide access to Cisco software updates, firmware upgrades, and security patches throughout the subscription period.
In addition, the contractor will provide entitlement to Cisco Email Security Appliance security services, including anti-spam, anti-malware, outbreak filters, and email reputation updates. Local and remote technical support is also required for licensing, software updates, and troubleshooting.
