A campus is seeking a vendor to provide software implementation services focused on the migration and integration of its primary software systems. The project scope includes migrating from Salesforce and TargetX by Liaison, and transitioning all current form-based application processes—such as those built on Form Assembly and utilizing Salesforce and TargetX data connectors—to new platforms. Additionally, the implementation will encompass integrating Transact Campus Data, the Scholarship Manager/Jacket Scholarship Portal, and deposit payment information via Transact.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering API documentation for campus integrations with Slate, implementing the native Slate Payments gateway with an emphasis on PCI compliance, and developing robust communication plans and workflows to support various recruitment processes. Requirements also include producing detailed data diagrams illustrating how information maps into and out of these systems, establishing a customer knowledgebase with unlimited access for campus users, and providing comprehensive support services encompassing development, troubleshooting, and training.
