(1) Vendor needs to provide social media insights and publishing tool.– Provide a user–friendly social media analytics tool to track our activity across our key accounts and allow for effective reporting across our social media campaigns both paid and organic.– Tool that can demonstrate the impact of social media activity across its key channels. It will be key to the planning of campaigns and content for social media teams, will be a source of consistent information for key decision makers.– Video views and duration watched per channel, per platform, per campaign.– Ability to create dashboards which compare performance by day, week, year.– Paid media reports.– User–friendly reporting accessible also to non–analytics staff.– Ability to automate and schedule reports.– An in–built publisher and scheduling tool for all connected channels and platforms.– Total interactions and engagements per channel, per platform, per campaign.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
