(1) Vendor needs to provide social media, fundraising copywriting, website management and donor care support services.– Social Media Management and copy writing:– Day–to–day management of agency social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).– Scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content, as well as community management.– Basic analytics and reporting on reach, engagement, and performance– Website Management:– Content updates and publishing via the Drupal–based agency website– Monitoring and improving SEO performance.– Donor Care Support:– Providing operational support during peak periods and staff absences (e.g., holidays).– Responding to donor inquiries via email and other channels.– Managing and responding to inquiries from the external call center.– Handling incoming and outgoing donor communication in line with agency donor service standards(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
