DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive social media and community engagement services aimed at enhancing its online presence and strengthening relationships with members, Indigenous communities, and the wider legal profession.

The contractor will be responsible for managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, supporting the agency's email newsletter and website updates. This role involves developing an annual social media and digital communications strategy, creating and maintaining content calendars, and documenting social media and branding guidelines. The vendor will also identify and incorporate significant dates into communications plans.

In addition to content creation and publication for digital channels, the contractor will engage with the community, moderate online interactions, support event communications with live coverage, and deliver analytics and reporting to track engagement.
