A vendor is sought to provide web-based social media aggregation services to assist in managing, overseeing, and streamlining social media accounts. The program focuses on content development aligned with three strategic marketing objectives: growing revenue, expanding use, and increasing understanding of social goals such as environmental protection and healthy lifestyles.
The system must accommodate at least 250 social media profiles across key platforms including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Required capabilities include publishing multimedia content to core accounts, customizable inboxes organized by type of account and message, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as adding notes and viewing conversation histories.
