(1) Vendor needs to provide SMS messaging athletics ticketing and marketing service.– The Agency seeks proposals from qualified suppliers to provide an SMS messaging solution supporting athletics ticketing operations, marketing campaigns, and fan engagement. – The system must integrate with existing ticketing platforms and comply with all relevant privacy and communication regulations. • Suppliers shall provide an SMS platform that enables: – Two–way and bulk text messaging for ticketing, renewals, and event promotions. – MMS capability for images, seat maps, or QR codes. – Audience segmentation and automated campaign workflows. – Integration with existing ticketing systems (e.g., Paciolian). – CRM Integration (Salesforce). – Comprehensive analytics and reporting dashboards • Additionally, prospective contractors must provide the following support options; – Dedicated account manager – Employee staffed technical support 24/7/365, – Help file that is accessible within the User Interface, – User Interface that includes Help links – Training, – Help file that is accessible within the User Interface (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2025.
