The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command–Armament Center located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to procure annual software licenses for SmartUQ v.10.1 (or higher) along with maintenance and support services. The acquisition is planned as a firm fixed price contract covering one base year and four additional option years, making the total period of performance five years.

This procurement will be conducted as a sole source contract to SmartUQ, LLC of Madison, Wisconsin, according to the authority set forth in 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The requirement includes maintaining the operational integrity and support for SmartUQ software as necessary for Army initiatives at Picatinny Arsenal.
