DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Morristown, New Jersey, seeks a vendor to operate Skate Shop Concession Services. The selected concessionaire will provide customer service for the sale and dispensing of food and beverages during standard operating hours, ensuring adherence to all regulations. In addition, the vendor will be responsible for managing the Skate Shop, selling high-quality merchandise tailored to all ice-skating activities and segments.
Responsibilities include fitting, mounting, repairing, and sharpening skates, as well as selling related merchandise for figure, speed, free style, dance, and hockey skating. The concessionaire and staff must demonstrate strong business skills and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of ice skating to effectively sell, fit, repair, and mount skates. Additional duties include record maintenance and compliance with any required alterations and regulations.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur on June 30, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP must also be submitted by this date. The initial contract term is set for two years.
