Vendors are requested to submit detailed capability statements describing their recent experience (within the last five years) handling contracts of similar scope, complexity, and size. Submissions should include information relevant to federal government experience, program management plans, implementation strategies, and timelines for full clinical deployment. The DHA also seeks feedback on potential risks and recommended mitigation strategies associated with implementing an enterprise-level solution, as well as an outline for delivering and configuring the systems, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy platforms.
