DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide signs and banners installation services on an as-needed basis. Products and services may include pole banners, tent banners, paddle signs, A-frame graphics, H-frame signs, posters, window graphics, sidewalk graphics, illuminated displays, vehicle and trailer graphics, stage banners, fence banners, scrim banners, and other related printed materials.
Banner-pole services may include banner installation and removal, minor repairs to banner poles and related hardware, and replacement of damaged, broken, loose, or missing decorative balls, finials, brackets, rods, fasteners, or similar components. The banners use a threaded ball that must be removed and reinstalled for proper installation.
The contract will cover event printing, signs, banners, graphics, installation, removal, vehicle, trailer, and door graphics for a one-year period. Questions must be submitted by September 10, 2026, and proposals are due September 16, 2026.
