(1) Vendor needs to provide Sensus software supply and deliver meter supplies.– Provide software maintenance and technical support services through Sensus analytics.– Provide support for SENSUS AMR, AMI, RF network equipment, metering products, and Sensus lighting control systems.– Conduct reactive troubleshooting to isolate, document, and resolve reported hardware or software defects.– Respond to service requests and product change inquiries.– Provide assistance and clarification through printed or electronic documentation, examples, and other supporting materials.– Provide toll–free telephone support after hours, on holidays and weekends for severity one and severity two issues. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.
