A Massachusetts agency is seeking a qualified vendor to supply Sensus software, deliver meter supplies, and provide ongoing technical support services. The scope includes software maintenance and support through Sensus analytics, as well as support for Sensus AMR, AMI, RF network equipment, metering products, and lighting control systems.

The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting reactive troubleshooting to isolate, document, and resolve hardware or software defects, responding to service requests and product change inquiries, and supplying assistance and clarification through documentation and training materials. Additionally, comprehensive toll-free telephone support is required after hours, on holidays, and weekends for high-priority (severity one and two) issues.

Vendors are expected to deliver all requested services and supplies while maintaining clear communication and timely responses to agency needs.
