(1) Vendor needs to provide secure video–communication platform. – The platform should allow clients to easily access services through a web–based interface and mobile applications,– Must have secure access to the platform, including the ability to manage their schedules, conduct video consultations, exchange secure messages, and document client interactions,– The secure video–communication platform must integrate with the county existing electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and maintaining patient confidentiality,– The platform should support video, audio, and secure messaging functions to enable comprehensive consultations and follow–up communication,– The solution should provide tools for client education, appointment reminders, follow–up communication, and continuous care management to foster ongoing engagement,– The platform must be compatible with various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones across multiple operating systems (iOS, Android, and Windows).– Provide data migration services from existing systems to ensure continuity of care.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
