A global initiative seeks a qualified vendor to develop a Secure Communication Platform (SCP) to support anti-corruption law enforcement practitioners worldwide. The main objective is to facilitate the real-time, secure, and encrypted exchange of operational and case-sensitive information to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of cross-border collaboration on corruption cases.

The platform must provide end-to-end encryption, ensuring data is exclusively transmitted between sender and receiver without third-party access or storage. It should be accessible to authorized users globally and offer a robust, reliable, and future-proof solution that anticipates evolving needs in secure communications.

The SCP will encompass seven core functional modules: a secure communication tool, scheduler, email functionality, large data file exchange, secure file storage, templated solutions, and an integration layer.
