(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary literacy web–based instructional resources services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Clear alignment to the 2024 English Standards of Learning– Provide a rich library of fiction, non–fiction, and poetry reading passages that are searchable via thematic units or stand–alone texts– Provide a rich library of full–length novels and/or dramas, including texts and tasks that reflect multiple cultures and different experiences– Provide means of assessment aligned with research–based approaches– Provide a web–based writing platform that integrates fiction and non–fiction reading passages and online links to promote online and traditional writing– Incorporate scoring and teacher or computer–generated feedback for students– Provide writing data for teachers– Incorporate functionality and resources that focus on the writing process, the traits of writing and the revision process(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
