(1) Vendor needs to provide search engine optimization and quality assurance services and platform.– Platform that handles search engine optimization, generative engine optimization (AI search visibility), and quality assurance including broken link detection, spelling/grammar checks, accessibility auditing, and content quality monitoring across all web properties.– Improve the agency overall search and AI answers visibility across all web properties– Reduce technical debt, broken links, and user/search–impacting issues across all sites– Empower site managers with self–service tools and task lists– Improve content quality over time by tracking updates, identifying typos and grammar issues, and flagging references to outdated department, program, or unit names– Create disciplined management of our digital campus that rivals the management of agency physical spaces(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 14, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
