Fayette County Public Schools is conducting an RFI to gather information on science instructional materials for 6th Grade Earth Science, 7th Grade Life Science, and High School Environmental Science. The District is looking for print textbooks, supporting digital resources, assessments, and implementation services to inform their 2028 Science Instructional Materials Adoption. Respondents should provide information on materials that align with the Georgia Standards of Excellence for Science.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide review copies of student textbooks and teacher editions for each course submitted
  • Must provide a minimum of five copies of each student textbook and two copies of each teacher edition per course
  • Must provide one copy of each additional supporting print resource
  • Must provide access to all available digital instructional resources aligned with Georgia Standards of Excellence for Science
  • Digital access must accommodate multiple reviewers and remain available through at least May 31st, 2027
  • Must provide a standards alignment crosswalk for each course submitted
  • Must provide an inventory list identifying all materials provided, quantities, and number of boxes shipped
