(1) Vendor needs to provide school pedestrian enhancements service to the government authority located in Miami Beach, FL.– This project intends on enhancing the existing pedestrian and bicycle network to promote the use of bicycling and walking as viable methods of transportation– The scope of this project includes clearing and grubbing; sod installation; concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter removal and replacement; milling and resurfacing; utility adjustments; guiderail installation; the installation of detectable warning surfaces; signing and pavement marking, including bike lanes; and signalization, including conduits, signal cables, pull and splice boxes, electrical power infrastructure, signals poles, mast arm assemblies, pedestrian detectors and signals, loop assemblies, and beacons.– All project improvements are located within the existing road right–of–way.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 15, 2025
